Personal data processed by BGStore Mağazacılık A.Ş. may be transferred to Authorized Public Institutions and Judicial Authorities for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from relevant legislation and for the follow-up of legal affairs; to lawyers for the execution of legal processes; and to logistics companies for the purpose of conducting logistics activities. In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data are processed, request information if your data have been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose, know the third parties to whom your data are transferred domestically or abroad, request the correction of your data if they are incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set forth in the Law, request that these processes be communicated to third parties, object to results that may arise against you through the analysis of your processed data exclusively via automated systems, and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
