Warranty and Refund Terms



Every product, is under warranty of its manufacturer. Refund shipments with “UPS Cargo” are free. You can make your refunds by using our contract codes while sending your refund products. Our contract codes are:

The packaging of the product you have bought - without damaging - without destroying - without damaging the product - the product you can return it as you received it in thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Please return the invoice, your order number to a request or return form, which also includes your order number. You have to fill in the information on the back of the delivery note that you receive and send it to us. For purchases made with money order / EFT and at the door, you must specify an Account / IBAN number for the refund.

Return Procedures

Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please note that after the product is received, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.

Returns of products whose packaging has been opened, used, damaged, etc. are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, in case of use, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the product due to use.

Your returns will be made within 3 business days after the products reach us. Transfer of your refund to your account may vary depending on your bank. During this period, our company does not have any savings.

In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, B&G Store will not accept the return of the product and will not refund the price.

Evening dresses purchased online can also be returned or exchanged. There are no returns or exchanges for evening dresses purchased from the store.

Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation you need to call the credit-card services of your bank. After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire price is refunded to your credit card or the bank to which you made the transfer. Refunds made for installment sales are reflected as a positive balance on your credit card every month by your bank. For purchases made with the cash on delivery option, the cash on delivery service fee is non-refundable.

You can make a return, exchange transaction at our nearest store or convert it into a credit card for the product price. If you wish, you can package your products for online return and create your return request via the link below with the product invoice, your order number, return product and a note containing the reason for return, and you can deliver your package to the cargo free of charge from your door.
