How soon will the payment be transferred to my account for returns and cancellations?

Your returns will be made within 3 business days after the products reach us. Transfer of your refund to your account may vary depending on your bank. The bank's processing time may vary depending on various conditions (such as purchases made with a Debit Card, purchases made with a different bank card). How Can I Track My Cargo?

We inform you about all steps of your order via E-mail and SMS. After your order is delivered to the cargo, you can follow all the movements of your cargo by clicking on the link in the e-mail and SMS notification. You can also find all the details of your order and the link for cargo tracking on the My Orders page in your account.

Can someone take my order if I am not at the address I have specified?

When the courier reaches the specified address to deliver your order, he/she is obliged to deliver your package to you. If you are not at the delivery address during delivery, the courier leaves a note on your door stating that you cannot be reached at the address and returns your package to the cargo branch. Afterwards, if you want to receive your package again, you can contact the cargo company and request delivery to the same address or a different address you want to be delivered to. All orders that you have not received in any way are sent to us by the cargo company after the waiting period at the branch.

What should I do if I want to exchange the product?

You can make a return, exchange transaction at our nearest store or convert it into a credit card for the product price. If you wish, you can package your products for online return and create your return request with the product invoice, your order number, return product and a note containing the reason for return, and you can deliver your package to the cargo free of charge from your door.

What should I do if I want to return the product?

Each product that you take is under the guarantee by the manufacturer. Return Shipments are free with UPS Cargo. When you deliver your return products to the courier, you can perform your return transactions without paying the shipping fee by specifying the contract code of our company. The contract codes are as follows;

You can return the product you bought without opening / destroying / unpacking / destroying it, without using the product, within the period of thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Return the product with a petition or return form containing your product invoice, order number.

Can I cancel my order on cargo?

If your product is in cargo, you can return it by not receiving delivery when it arrives at your delivery address. If you have received, you can fill the return section on the invoice and send it to our return address with the contracted cargo company.

Can I use the credit card I bought from the store on your online site?

You can only use your credit card that you bought from our stores at our store counters. Payment can only be made by credit card in our online shopping.
